A one-time Mattress Exchange is only valid on Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, and Sealy Hybrid (90 days), and on Puffy brand (101 days). A mattress protector is strongly recommended on the same invoice as the mattress. Stains of ANY kind or abuse will automatically void the Sleep On It Guarantee. All tags must be still attached and in "like new" condition. The mattress must be used for a minimum of 30 days and no longer than 90 days (101 days for Puffy brand). Not valid on floor models or closeout models. Buyer is responsible for delivery charge or transportation of mattress exchanges.
