Instead, he’s relying on organic exposure through WCC Furniture, where the mattresses are displayed. “We’ve already had a huge response just by showcasing them in-store. Once the word really gets out, I don’t think there will be any stopping it.”
The Meaning Behind the Name
Choosing the right name for a brand is no small task, but for Larry, the answer was personal and deeply meaningful.
“We considered a lot of names, but when I put together the first letters of my family’s names—Sarah, Olaf (our Goldendoodle), Larry, and Abby—I knew it was the right choice,” he shares. “I’d never put my family’s name on something I didn’t stand behind.”
The name also serves as a tribute to his Louisiana heritage. “With a last name like Thibodeaux, my South Louisiana roots run deep,” he adds.
