Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy
ALL EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, OR RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO SELLER APPROVAL.
If Seller approved, regular non-special-order items have a 3-day grace period from time of Buyer possession to reselect with store credit only, pending inspection of the condition of the original merchandise.
A minimum fee of 20% of the purchase price for special order items will be assessed on seller-approved cancellations, exchanges, and/or returns.
Floor Model items are FINAL SALE items and not returnable.
NO returns on bedding items: including sheet sets, pillows, mattress protectors, and mattresses not covered by the “Sleep On It” guarantee below.
