Delivery Guidelines & Expectations
Buyer agrees to measure doorways/passageways including hallways and around corners before delivery, as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased too large to fit. All passageways to delivery area must be unobstructed.
If reselection occurs because purchased items do not fit, Buyer will be charged an additional delivery fee to bring out the newly selected item(s).
Seller cannot move/haul away or rearrange old furniture.
An adult 18 years+ must be present when merchandise is delivered, and area must be cleared and prepared for delivery.
Pets must be secured prior to the start of delivery.
Please turn off any spam blocker to avoid missing the delivery call.
If no one is present at time of delivery it will not take place and an additional fee will be charged to reschedule. Seller can designate a day for the delivery window, but not a specific time.
If the buyer needs to reschedule or cancel the future delivery, buyer will contact the store at least 1 full business day before the delivery date to avoid an additional delivery fee being charged.
