Delivery Guidelines
- The delivery window is an estimated time.
- Have an adult (18+) present to approve and sign off on the placement and condition of your delivery items. If no one is present at the time of delivery, an additional fee may be charged to reschedule.
- Have any pets put away in a secured area, so that they do not get in the way of the delivery team and so that they do not accidentally slip out of the house during the delivery.
- Have your current items moved and out of the way of the delivery area for the installation of your new products.
